Ritalin. This song is about Ritalin. They make it, they push it, they make us think our kids need it when they (In My Opinion) need an ass-whopping. You don't have to cope with this world, there is always a pill to swallow to make you what you want to be. We become slaves to the pills in the end

Its definitly Ritalin who ever said religion you way off the mark. Vitamin R is a street name for Ritalin. The meaning is clear as day in name of song.

To the guy who said Ritalin...Rock On.

Never thought of it this way, but damned if you didn't unlock the song for me. I'm pretty well certain you're right.

    Thanks dude

This song is about fame and the good and bad of progress, vitamin r-r stands for rock n roll, is it really worth talking when people don't listen or care.

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway
