your connect card website is the exact opposite of what the internet is, which is convenience. How can somehow loading a balance on a card be so impossible online, when yet you could walk in to a giant eagle or the service center downtown and the biggest problem be a line. No matter how long the line, as long as you wait, you will get what you need. This website is the exact opposite. You do not get what you need no matter what you try or how many times you contact customer service. Not to mention the fraud from the "autoload" feature, "autoload" = "robbery" because I don't remember that ever working and I also remember having funds deducted from my account for no reason other than it was time.
