Now I know all lot of people say "Why is it called trash? She doesn't even say trash in the song??" Alright clearly you're blonde if you said that (jk lol I'm actually blonde no hate) Anyways the reason why she called the song trash is because basically the guy treated her like trash. It's about how you can be so in love (or maybe just falling in love) and think the guy likes you as much as you like him, but out of no where he leaves you for another girl. Maybe Demi and the guy weren't in a serious relationship (can't know for sure and i'm assuming it's about whoever Don't Forget is about) but regardless he acts like he likes her and leads her on but ends up just breaking her heart anyway. He then starts acting like he was with Demi with this new girl in the picture. Basically Demi can't stand it and must be jealous to some degree (who wouldn't be?) He just threw her out like she didn't even matter and moved on to his next victim and Demi can see this girl is going to go threw the same thing that she did.
