Ronnie has been through the gauntlet of the media and treated like he's some kind of loathsome creature and that has made him be more of what he feels which is why his music is so filled with feelings. And his viewpoint is that the hate and rage that builds up inside might just destroy those that think they can destroy the things he shows the world. He embodies the darkness we all have the potential for..only he doesn't hide it away like his 'judges' do

Well since he went to rehab not to long ago,got kicked out by his former old band escape the fate, he did drugs, so this song is basically about him admitting his faults and drug obession.
