   I believe this song is about Ronnie warning people about the Goverment and what they can do. " I see the evil in their eyes, I hear the lies behind their grin, they wonder in the dark they do not have a heart. Don't let them take you in."    He means that he's had so much expected out of him because of his four years with Escape The Fate and how now as a co founder of Falling In Reverse, the people expect him to be able to thrive on his own. He felt like he was drowning, hence the title of the song.
