Linkin Park: Fallout Meaning
Fallout Lyrics
Of bridges I have burned
So don’t apologize
I’m losing what I don’t deserve
The blame is mine alone
For bridges I have burned
So don’t apologize
I’m losing what I don’t deserve
What I don’t deserve

I think that Fallout's meaning is the regrets of launching a nuclear bomb before The Catalyst in the album. The people who are being bombed are "swimming in the smoke of bridges I have burned", and they are "losing what I don't deserve" when the bomb drops. Fallout and The Catalyst really piece the meaning of the album together.
