Louis Tomlinson: We Made It Meaning
We Made It Lyrics
'Cause we made it
Underestimated
And always underrated
Now we're saying goodbye
Waving to the hard times
Yeah, it's gonna be alright
Like the first time
Met you at your doorstep
Remember how it tasted

#1 top rated interpretation:I thinks its obvious its about harry . Look at the lyrics "We were only kids, just tryna work it out.Wonder what they'd think if they could see us now" How would that be about Eleanor ? I think its how management was trying to control them but look at them now this is as loud as the ever been . Also the lines "Don't know why they put this all on us when we're so young
Done a pretty good job, dealing with it all " Um theres no explaining needed . -

#2 top rated interpretation:He should just insert "Harry Styles" somewhere into this song because it screams Larry. Just imagine:
"Cause we made it
Me and Harry Styles
Always underrated..."
Oh, the beauty!

#3 top rated interpretation:I definetly think that Louis wrote this about overcoming his obstacles in life. Look how far our king has come. I love Louis so much.

As much as I'd love for this song to be about Harry, I actually think it's about Eleanor.
Some lines could be referenced to Harry, but "Meeting at your Uni?", sorry guys, but this has to be about Eleanor :( -
'Oh my, I remember those nights
Meet you at your uni, cheap drinks, drink 'em all night
Staying out 'til sunrise.'
It's a great song, if you look at the lyrics unbiased you can clearly tell it's about his girlfriend Eleanor Calder whom he met while she was still in Uni. -
This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway

I think this song is about overcoming a difficult obstacle in his life. I think with some person with who it was difficult just be with him.
