NF: Outcast Meaning
Outcast Lyrics
-
NF lyrics say " Yeah, I guess I don't fit the mold of rap
'Cause I'm respectin' women
I heard your record, I was laughin at it (Ha, ha, ha)
Maybe they would like me more if I got a little graphic with it
Nah, I don't wanna blend in with you little rappin' idiots—I'd rather be the outcast
I ain't never puttin' out trash" he's bascically saying he dosen't fit in with other rappers simply the fact that he does not rap sexually about women and dosen't use any type of profanity in his musuc to get fame , he is unapologetically himself and does not to blend in with the crowd. -
NF writes in the song "Outcast"; "I am not the norm
I got my own shoes, I ain't tryna fit in yours
I ain't never been married, but I've felt divorced"
In this, he is only being himself and not to the norm of this horrible world. When he says
"I ain't never been married, but I've felt divorced," he is talking about personal marriage to a woman, but the divorce from this world in the ways he has taken and God has put him in this to express that he does not need to be of the ugly ways of the world.
