#2 top rated interpretation:This song is about the American expansion during the 20th to 21st century. The chorus is in fact talking about America coming to "win, fight, conquer, strive, survive, prosper, thrive". The pain Nicki mentions refers to the losses of the war, and the lyrics also contain phrases like "enemies", "abandoning", which are all used in wars. The last few lines are to warn other people that America is going to be more aggressive in time.
The MV strongly reminds us of Americans using nuclear weapons against the Japanese, which marked the end of the Second World War. On 6th and 9th August, 1945, the American Army detonated the atomic bombs "Little Boy" and "Fat Man" respectively over Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The incident caused over 400 thousand deaths, forcing the Japanese government to surrender unconditionally. Even up to now, some places in Hiroshima are still declared unsafe for residence due to the explosion. In fact, the wasted city appearing in the beginning of the MV corresponds to the ruins of Nagasaki and Hiroshima after the incident. Note that the appearance of the car Nicki drives makes people think of Japan (don't forget that Japan is famous of its cars).
The second scene where Nicki dances on a wing of a plane also reminds us of the warcrafts used in WWII. The last scene where Nicki is attacked by and counter-attacked some ninjas suggests that America is not going to let any other countries insult her and doing that would pay. Note that ninjas originated from Japan. -

I love it when Nicki Minaj does an inspiring song. She is so good at rapping, much better than Cardi B and Cardi has never wrote an inspiring song.
-
In my opinion, she is talking about her haters, and that she can move on from the hate and the comments that they make. Rihanna is saying “to fly” which means to have the weight your haters put on you, lifted off your shoulders. Th ninjas are her haters in the video, trying to hold her back. And btw ppl, she couldn’t be worshipping the devil because she’s talking about “prospering” and “conquering” her haters.

I know for a fact she isn't a devil worshipper or anything evil. This song is about overcoming th things if the world that will drag you down and into the depths of destruction and negativity. Whenever I hear this song and I don't feel like trying anymore, it lifts my spirit and makes me want to go in with life.

Um... No. This song if about having faith. This song Is about being gifted. She is an empath angel of God who speaks of feeling the emotions and intentions of others around her. She speaks of the end of hatred and violence. Spreading light and love. You guys aren't even watching smh
-
I could be wrong but I think this song is nicki referring to a time she felt betrayed or let down. I think she thinks that everyone is against her.

Nicki Minaj is singing this song on behalf of Dajjal (The anti-christ). The lyrics of the songs are pure the words of Dajjal.
"I hear the criticism loud and clear
That is how I know that the time is near"
This is Dajjal telling people of world that in near future I am coming soon and then he says "Get ready for it, get ready for it, get ready for it" bcoz he will be the cruelest person on the earth, he will make lives misreable for everyone on this earth. -
I don't think she is the devil, or an illuminati pawn, or anything evil. I believe it is quite the contrary. She is warning us in a obvious, yet subtle enough way to avoid conflict. Notice "the guns are pointed at her" If she speaks too many truths, the triggers will be pulled. I'm willing to bet she's figured out a secret involving everything that is everything but won't disclose it or else she will be killed. By the CIA most likely. Call it crazy that's fine with me; but when she ends up randomly dead one day from a "drug overdose" or something of that nature you'll be like, "crap that dude on that random website totally called it!"

She says star ships b/c shes drunk and stoned in the song and it just comes out and now its a song lol duh.
-
I think that this song talks about 9/11 because if u notice she is standing on a wing of a plane and u see many toys and all the stuff laying around and this probably represents all the people that died in 9/11
-
The song represent lucifer, fallen angel, the devil since he was expelled in heaven Now he is fighting back.. NB the end is Near the music being used to wage war against God the owner of Heaven
-
