Lying Is The Most Fun A Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off Lyrics
And all you think about in bed?
When the lights are dim and your hands are shaking as you're sliding off your dress
Think of what you did
And how I hope to God he was worth it
When the lights are dim and...

Its based on the movie Closer same as But It's Better If You Do. This is that guy Larry talking to Anna and asking about Dan and if he was better etc. Then But It's Better If You Do is when he goes to the strip club and sees Alice/Jane.
-
I'm gonna jump on the bandwagon for this one: Fuck that dude who said mean things!
-
Do you even know what the demographic transition is?
-
This whole cd is about affairs!!
-
This and the song directly following the intermission on the cd are titled after a line from the movie closer, in which Natilie Portman states "lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off, but its better if you do"
-
ok, thanks sasha

Heya Metal, the movies called Closer, I haven't seen it but in the comments above a few ppl have mentioned that the song is from that movie. I think its the one with Julia Roberts, Jude Law, Natalie Portman, and Clive Owen.
Well that's all I have to say, love couch (sasha) :P -
okay to the chick who is giving numbered reasons for why the band sucks, why are you reading an interpretation of one of their songs?
i mean I don't really like listening to slipknot cause I think its mostly just shouting and screaming, some of their stuff is alright but I'm not a big fan. So I don't go on sites looking for things on them because that would be a waste of my time.
but of course if you don't really have a life I guess it aint that big a deal.
and also, this is meant to be a lyric interpretation site, not a site where people can bitch about what is or isn't music.
oh and just because you have a personal opinion doesn't mean everyone has to share that view. I don't go around bitching about slipknot and telling people to listen to the music I like cause like most people I can appreciate that its still music even if its not my taste and that people are different.
i think the song is about the dudes ex girlfriend btw and how he's really bitter and pissed about how she cheated. -
ha...i agree with the one who asked who would dump ryan ross. He looks so sweet! anyway this is my favorite song and I get the video:
the fish bowls represent that we are all in our own little worlds. until something bad happens to someone we care about and we're sucked right out. The dead guy I think is ryan and the girl is his girlfriend. She cheated on him, broke his heart and he died. She sees what her selfishness did to him (lets not be selfish did you really think id let you kill this chorus?) so she's sucked out of her little world and dies too.
the end -
im prety shure that it is
-
i don't know? is the music video based on a movie...
