Lying Is The Most Fun A Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off Lyrics
And all you think about in bed?
When the lights are dim and your hands are shaking as you're sliding off your dress
Think of what you did
And how I hope to God he was worth it
When the lights are dim and...

This song sort of relates to the whole cd. Its kind of a run off from a few of the other songs, but at the first few verses are about his ex feeling guilty about cheating on him, and through out the whole song he's pretty much saying he's the best she ever had and making her feel guilty, then during the second verse it says that she's not worth writing the whole entire song about, why the chorus doesn't exactly match the verses, but in the end they end up together or sumthing

Hey, I'm not a little guy (awkward silence)lol. I wish everyone would stop using my 1),2),3) format. To the point: I didn't tell anyone what to listen to... I said that if you like bands like rage, zeppelin, then that would be "f***ing spectacular"-- I did not say that "you will listen to this or I will kill you" (I hope no one takes that part out of context, like last time, and harasses me for making death threats, because I didn't).
I have no idea where the whole "jealousy" thing came from, but I'm not jealous either. I am entitled to my opinion as much as you are to yours, so criticize my music if you want to... But at least understand the message that rage is trying to deliver, which is to open your eyes to what's really happening in your country. Ex: pres. Bush is trading human lives for oil in iraq.(side note: anyone notice how much that c*cksucker stutters when he's talking in his speeches/state of the union addresses) -
Okay, not to gang up on the little guy, but slammin' p!Atd is just not cool. *using a cruel irony* 1.) panic! Is a really good band with amazing lyrics and astonishing melodies. 2.) even though rage against the machine is definitely not my-favorite-band-in-the-whole-f*cking-universe, I'm not gonna slam them like you did! 3.) this song means a lot to all of us who have been cheated on. 4.)you need to get a reality check because p!Atd is the rock-hardest, awesomest band I have ever heard!
As for the interpretation of the song, it is obviously about ryan ross's girlfriend cheating on him and can relate to every song on the album (especially "I write sins not tragedies").
P.S. Rap music is so awesome. Rap is another way to express your feelings. The only difference between a rap song about ex-s who cheat and a rock song about ex's who cheat is that rap songs don't have as much music but have a stronger beat. -
This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway

Well I love this band and to that jacka** who told us that stuff about p!Atd get a life and leave them alone I don't think they did anything to you so stop.1).Your a bitch who listens to rap crap.2).They are not basturds so keep it to your self.3). Bitch this song meanings not a place for a slut to talk bad about a great band like that.And4)what do you have against emos and goth I am an emo girl is that so wrong if it is tell me cause I want to know oh and rap people sing about having sex every song that they sing so shut the fuck up and jon walker is my because so leave them alone you nasty sluty bitchy whore of a person!!!

A harlequin is a clown or buffoon, meaning the boys are raging with hormones and the girls are fools who give them what they want.
I think this song is mainly about ryan's ex-girlfriend...Jac vanek. -
This song is about this couple who were together and then the guy went out of town for like the weekend and while he was gone his girlfriend cheated on him and all of their friends found out and told him when he came back. So then he gos and asked his girlfriend and she didn't denie it but asked him to forgive her becauseit was a mistake and noe he's saying "Is it still me that makes you sweat
Am I who you think about in bed When the lights are dim and your hands are shaking as you're sliding off your dress
Then think of what you did When the lights are dim and your heart is racing as your fingers touch your skin
I've got more wit, a better kiss, a hotter touch, a better f**k
Than any boy you'll ever meet, sweetie you had me
Girl I was it look past the sweat, a better love deserving of
Exchanging body heat in the passenger seat
No, no, no you know it will always just be, me
Let's get these teen hearts beating, faster, faster
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Will you dance to this beat, and hold a lover close
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Will you dance to this beat, and hold a lover close
So I guess we're back to us, oh cameraman, swing the focus
In case I lost my train of thought, where was it that we last left off
(Let's pick up, pick up)
Oh now I do recall, we just were getting to the part
Where the shock sets in, and the stomach acid finds a new way to make you get sick
I hope you didn't expect that you'd get all of the attention
Now let's not get selfish
Did you really think I’d let you kill this chorus
Let's get these teen hearts beating, faster, faster
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Will you dance to this beat, and hold a lover close
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Will you dance to this beat, and hold a lover close
Dance to this beat
Dance to this beat
Dance to this beat
Let's get these teen hearts beating, faster, faster
Let's get these teen hearts beating, faster
I've got more wit, a better kiss, a hotter touch, a better f**k
Than any boy you'll ever meet, sweetie you had me
Girl I was it look past the sweat, a better love deserving of
Exchanging body heat in the passenger seat
No, no, no you know it will always just be, me
Let's get these teen hearts beating, faster, faster
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Will you dance to this beat, and hold a lover close
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Will you dance to this beat, and hold a lover close
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Dance to this beat
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Dance to this beat
And hold a lover close
Let's get these teen hearts beating, faster, faster
Let's get these teen hearts beating, faster
And how I hope to God he was worth it -
The song is about a girl who had a meaningless one night stand and when her lover found out he dumps her. He's saying that he's the best she'll ever have and that he knows she's sorry and still loves him but he won't have her back. Then he throws it in her face to show her how much she hurt him. He's saying it was one of the biggest mistakes of her life and something she will always regret.
-
He's not jealous, he's just bitter, but yes it does f'ing rock.

Yeah, it's about the girl have a lover who she's at it with in his back car. It was meaningless sex and he doesn't see why she would have done that because she was with him-the best shell ever have and shell.
He's wondering if she still thinks of him and hopes she regrets what she did -is it still me who makes you sweat, am I who you think about in bed...'
Sweetie, you had me...YOU KNOW IT WILL ALWAYS JUST BE ME
