This song is about a girl that was admitted into a medical institution by her mother because she was caught smoking marijuana. Her mother kept her in there for OVER 3 years because she truthfully believed her daughter was mentally ill and addicted. Eddie is saying that the men at the loony bin did awful things to this teenage girl and they treated her like an outcast.
