Phil Collins: You'll Be In My Heart Meaning
Song Released: 1999
You'll Be In My Heart Lyrics
It will be all right
Just take my hand Hold it tight
I will protect you
from all around you
I will be here
Don't you cry
For one so small,
you seem so strong
My arms will hold you,
keep you safe and...

#1 top rated interpretation:To me, this song is someone telling someone else they love them and always will. But, they know that they can't always be there, even though they want to be. Somewhere along the road they can't be there and this person has to keep going and fighting and keep this love in their memory to help them on. And they will do the same. Always.

#2 top rated interpretation:Everyone needs someone in their life that they know they can count on, no matter what the situation. This song is about having someone who will always have you in their heart, through thick and thin, and who will watch over you for as long as they live.

I believe it means is What matters is a person loves you no matter what happens [ For example you move away the person remembers you and think of you even if they might in a while or they might never see you again , or if you die they will remember you as if you were near by , or if the other person they love doesn't accept them anymore the person who loves the other will forgive them for what they do no matter how hurt the person who loves them is . ] I believe that it means no matter what the person will love you no matter what happens or what people say about your feelings for each other .

it's obvious that he's talking about someone always being remembered either alive or dead (idk) but is it more of a love song to a loved person or a lullaby to a child? in tarzan it was a lullaby but is that the acually meaning??

death. loosing someone doesn't mean they are gone for good...or for long. they are there with you. the veil is thin.
