In this track, the phrase "The whole thing I think is sick." is repeated many times. Most people think that it is the voice of number 8, however, it is a sample taken from a Charles Manson documentary. The name of the track was taken from the barcode of Mate.Feed.Kill.Repeat.

I've heard this type of thing in my head my whole life. Not the words but the same thing sped up and slowed down over and over that's one reason I fell in love with the band...

Oh my gosh. After fifteen years of having heard this track I just now realized the voice is saying something completely different than what I thought! Lol. I always thought it said "I hope you like to get sick". Lol. Reading the comments above made me realize the voice is actually saying "the whole thing I think is sick". Mind completely blown.

This song is the intro to Slipknot's (Sic), this 742617000027 is a song that gives them time to get on the stage and pump up the crowd, when this piece plays, it lets the fans know that it's finally time, it makes the fans patience drain, and they can't wait anymore for them to start playing, waiting for the leading drums to start which will kick off the amazing concert. Every show 742617000027 leads into (Sic), which happens to light up the crowd, Slipknot is legendary, no other band tells their fans to GET DOWN, Slipknot has trademarked that and is forever in the Metal fan's heart. Especially mine.
