   Ok guys, to add to my interpretation, this song was originally named Bacon. So if they are talking about police (pigs), then bacon is a good name, even though it was changed to Mr. Jack.

   Personally, I think this song may mean that police have nothing better to do then take down people for minor things like running a light. They are so big because they can do this, sooo powerful. They should be thinking about the bigger picture. So, Mr. Jack, take a look around..

   I personally think this song is about jack the ripper which he killed and raped girls, he was never found but he always waited in cars for unexpecting women to walk in front of him, and it also is insulting the authorities for not finding him and stop him from killing.

   I always thought of it as another drug related song "is that the mouthwash in your eyes." means that the person is high. also that its another sond downing police "f*** you pig" and that they don't control our lives we do "You must now face authority,

   As you my have noticed, System Of A Down is a political band. This song is about the police forces. It sounds like someone got pulled over, and also "pig" is an insult to police. Also, it talks about lights on our track like police cars. Little men with big guns pointed at our heads is like they're in power over all of us.
