Songs about Murder

Whether you dial 'M' for it or do it by numbers, there's plenty of songs about murder. They won't run out of songs about murder until they run out of people, which - at the rate you're all breeding out there - won't be any time soon. And there's nearly as many songs about bumping somebody off as there are ways to do it. Quick and deadly or slow and lingering, there's a murder for every taste and a tune to go with it.

Of course, these range from the playfully Hitchcockian to the gleefully nihilistic to the mournfully repentant. It depends on whether the protagonist intended to do it or not, got caught or not, and was happy or not with the outcome. It's the musical side of homicide.
