I think this is Taylor Swift's first song ever written. Basically, she's saying how everyone thinks she is so strange, but she embraces her differences. She just tries to better herself, and she feels like she is too big for her little town. She knows she's special and that people just can't see that right now, but she's going to help them later on. But right now, she's just going to do what she loves to do.
