Never Grow Up Lyrics
Your little eyelids flutter 'cause you're dreamin' so I tuck you in, turn on your favorite night light.
To you, everything's funny. You got nothing to regret....

i just heard this song for the first time today and i cried i have felt this way for a really long time and im afraid its not going to get better im only 15 and it cant get better cuz soon imma be on my own so i have been wishing so badly to be a child again cuz if bein 15 is this hard its only getting harder cuz when i was little i wasnt depressed wanna kill myself feel like i ruined my family. my brother didnt make me feel horrible when i was 5 and everything was simple there wasnt bad in the world only good. suicide didnt exist 10 years ago and it was the furthest thing from my mind. i would have never thought my mom would slap me. so i pray that ill wake up one day and ill be 5 years old again and ill never grow up. and knowing im still so young scares me cuz how will i feel when im 20 out on my own it couldnt possibly be better and listening to this song and hear someone singing about something im feeling just somehow made me feel better knowing im not the only one im not alone feeling this and not wanting to grow up wishing to be a little innocent kid again where everything is good is what this song is about and i love it
