I agree with the other anonymous but I also believe that he's taking to a girl about his drug addiction and all she wants to do is fuck "I don't have the capacity for fucking you're meant to be helping me" and at the part when he's talking about him wanting to talk about "me and my things, my car, my living and how I'm giving it up, giving it up again" hew referring to hm only wanting wanting to talk about himself and his he's given up the drugs again

I think this is an uplifting song with a catchy beat about a cocaine addiction.
"It's just a simple diarrhetic that prevents the empathetic" is his way of saying I don't care about what you think to everyone who has judged him.It's a song about coming down from cocaine and his failed attempts to kick the habit.
"Do you have a card? My irregular heartbeat is starting to correct itself'" and "And you're the only thing that's going on in my mind taking over my life a second time".
