You Lyrics

And you're a liar, at least all of your friends are
And so am I, just typically drowned in my car
It's my party and I'll cry to the end
You must try harder than kissing all of my friends
You

It takes a bit more, yeah it takes a bit more...

It's about to people who are in a relashionship where they are treating each other in a horrible way and they both know it's not good for either for them but they refuse to break up, because they still love each other. "It takes a bit more than you", means it takes more than her lying, ruining his party, kissing all his friends, etc for him to stop loving her

You is about how Mattys gurlfriend kissed all his friends and when he figures out, he one ups her and plows everyone in the town tobget bavk at her. Hence, 'it takes a bit more than you'.

When he says 'and your a liar' he means that she's been cheating on him, and 'at least all of your friends are' means that he plowed all her friends and they haven't spoken to her about it.

'It's my party and I'll cry to the end' means that he can do whatever he wants no matter if he's happy or not
