M've interpreted this song differently, I agree that hes singing about being so sexually attracted to a woman, like so fascinated by her sex. He says "your sex takes me to paradise" and now that he's discovered this he feels like he's been "locked out heaven for too long". Like as if she's taken him to heaven (in a sexually spiritual way) and he hasn't experienced sex like this with anyone else. Its kinda hard to eexplain.
