I believe this song is talking about ideas and that has sparked from use of some form of psychedelic drug, I believe it is about getting lost in philosophic nature that can be brought on from psychedelic visions, however he feels trapped with his inability to explain his visions and the beliefs that come from his visions to the people around him. He starts off the song by explaining what he sees in this altered state of consciousness. Isolation's, dotted lines, these are his hallucinations on his minds eye. Seas of concrete," Vast open areas of infinite possibilities however wher he reaches out there is nothing there, at least no way of proving what he sees, so it is as if it is made of concrete, He goes on to talk about how the things he is seeing are so amazing but he feels trapped in the fact that he can't tell anyone. He believes that everything is unifying into one perfect concoction that is the universe which could be thought up as god.
