What i've heard iss that this song is about when Chino was young and playing with his friends. A friend is pushed into the street and is hit but instead of helping, they leave him "You know i want to pick you up but they dont want you" others say its about rape and such but i think this has a better story to it and kinda makes more sense. At least to me.
