Fleetwood Mac: Silver Springs Meaning
Song Released: 1997
Silver Springs Lyrics
Blue-green colors flashing,
I would be your only dream,
Your shining Autumn ocean crashing,
And did you say she was pretty?
And did you say that she loves you?
Baby, I don't wanna know (no, no,no),
I'll...

The House Of The devil is a list of prison's unscrutinized. They have no dialysis, units. They protect alone a peruvian torch, and no peyote buttons. These launch patriot missiles, and protect the computer. Though a convict, can nick a police officer with a knife that doesn't need the computer, the police do, it is their mother. Dialysis, recipients, favor and sympathize with the convict, but it becomes difficult for one woman, one convict, and one peruvian torch to get away from the other woman.

This is definitely a song about how Stevie realized Lindsey would never love her the way she wanted him to.
Even in the song she held out hope but ultimately reminded him that no matter where he went or who he was with their songs would put him back in his mind if not his heart. -
Reminds me of a girl in high school that I had a crush on and lost track of after high school. She had married someone else so I did the same. I was able to reconnect with her at a 35th high school reunion and she was now divorced. I told her at that time how I felt about her and started a relationship with her. However after a while I knew my daughter and the rest of my family would be to upset with me so I ended it. Even though I have not seen her again for the last 9 years. I can't help not thinking about her. Like the song says "I will follow you down 'til the sound of my voice will haunt you.. You'll never get away from the sound of the woman who loves you." I loved you Yolanda!

I believe this song caused Stevie Nicks and Mick Fleetwood to fall out with each other for a while.
Despite this fact, it remains one of my favourite Stevie Nicks songs, especially since I've been lucky enough to see her perform it live, both with FM and solo. It made me cry on both occasions.
Again, a song I've known since I was a young girl, for some reason.
It has always been, for me, a song of unrequited love or betrayal. It just depends on my mood at the time. If I'm feeling vulnerable and emotional then the verses are more meaningful to me ('You could be my silver springs, my blue green colours flashing. I would be your only dream, your shining Autumn, ocean crashing.
And did you say she was pretty? And did you say that she loves you? Baby I don't want to know.')
Other times, if I'm just P'd off, it's the chorus that resonates with me. I know my man can't forget me. Even if he did, I'd get to him in his dreams. This is only when I'm angry with the world though, I'm not always this way. ('Time put a spell on you and you won't forget me. I know I could have loved you but you would not let me.
I'll follow you down til the sound of my voice will haunt you, was I just a fool?
You'll never get away from the sound of a woman who loves you, give me just a chance....')
What can I say? I can't think of another song, like this one, that I can relate to no matter what mood I'm in. If I could meet Stevie, I would simply say 'Thankyou, you gifted genious!!' xx :)
