Gorillaz: Empire Ants Meaning
Empire Ants Lyrics
The sun has come again to hold you
Sailing out the doldrums of the whole week
The polyphonic prairies here, it's all around you
It's all around you, out here
And if the whole world is crashing down
Fall through space out of...

I agree with the guy who said little dragon's part is about infant work (not only in china)
but also, i would add my reckon about the first part, that slow and calming one:
i see those words telling us that we, and i risk to say we do it a lot, forget too much of our truthful dreams, things we really wanted to do
the lead singer sings:
"and if the whole world is crashing down
fall throught soace out of mind with me
where emptyness de e leave behing on warm air rising
those all the shadows
all the weight"
i do guess it's clearly calling someone to set himself free and start enjoying life as much as possible, no matter what is happening around
but it's just my opnion, tough
i don't wanna fight, just trying to help
thanks for reading :) -
Little dragon's part of the song is about children labor in China.
