Rockit Lyrics
I'm walking to the something
Bla bla bla bla bla bla bla
Collapse
I'm drinking too much bla bla,
bla bla bla bla bla bla bla
Fall out
I'm feeling really bla bla, I want to bla bla bla,
Collapse
And in the end it...

Personally I think this song is about how everything is the same in music now, with each song being about the same thing. Each line is a trope that you start a sentence with and then the blahs are where people put their own lyrics too make a bland hit song and Gorillaz is making fun of this
-
I think the song is about the degeneration of music and pop culture, and how music is nowadays a lot of nonsense with a cool rythm, a lot of meaningless rubish that has invaded the media and has turned the music into a souless industry, and destroying it as an arts, wich resulta in the consumer being a brainless zombie, with low expectations, and unable ro change it.
-
it is just about the songs nowadays, there all just the same so gorillaz decided to make fun of the songs like that.

Three words: reject false icons.

it’s about people after getting a lobotomy.
a lobotomy is a thing they started in like the 1930’s where they would cut certain nerves and shit in the front part of your brain to get rid of anxiety and depression and other mental disorders. but they didn’t have advanced technology back then so a lot of the time it just fucked people up. i mean, all the random ass heads just floating around, some with their brains exposed. in the video one of the heads even gets a speech bubble saying “lobotomy pop” and all the blah blahs are the messed up people trying to speak after the lobotomy. -
It's about drugs, obviously.
-
I think it's about most songs generic formulas and how effortlessly they are made. Blah is a fill in the blank while the sentences are the template.

I think they made the song to show that people don't pay attention to lyrics they just like songs for the beat. I feel like it's there way of saying "here's literally what you want."
-
It's about their superiors on their backs and complain about everything.
-
i may not be very accurate on this but i think its about a guy on drugs or alcohol,"I'm walking to the something blah blah blah blah blah,I'm drinking too much blah blah Bla bla, bla bla, bla bla"
