Metaphorically referring to men vs what she has been taught through out her life and what is right or wrong. Selling her soul to a 3 peice is a metaphor and refers to a male body part. Getting down on both knees refers to having to pleasure him, stating this is what you live for. She trying to escape him by sneaking out the back door, but she feels helpless.
