I don't know if this is the real meaning of Insane, but I think it talks about traumas and how is the psychological state of a person, until the reaction is a neuropathy like dementia, or worse: maybe shcizophrenia...
Either way, this is a great song that paints the sound of a disease, it sounds like Slipknot possessed Korn or something
