Could be him telling his parents that that's what his neighbor did.. (Tied him down and fucked him) and that his parents did nothing to help.(My God, saw you watching, Mommy why?) So he's telling himself, "but I'm your child..." (Your own child)

#3 top rated interpretation:What hasn't been clearly pointed out here is that not only did his parents not believe him, but they labeled him as a liar. They refused to acept that it was happening to him.
Other things to point out about the song was just the music alone.
Right after the last line of the last chorus (through absolute tears) "mommy why?!" sob sob sniffle, etc. The music seems to end... Then starts back up again in the same rhythm, thus giving the emotional image of the raping that continues. Then the music stops and you hear him weeping. Fading in is the sound of a mother singing a lullaby (and I like to think of this little boy sitting with his hands in his arms wrapped around his knees, his mother putting her arm around him). She sings this lullaby bringing about the symoblism of motherly care and sanctuary. Then the darker low-tuned guitar plays over top of it, to show that it is only a dream, and the reality is that his mother was not there to hold him and tell him it was alright. It shows the travesty that his mother was to him.
Most powerful song I ever heard. Got me hooked on the band. Never heard anyone truly submit themselves into their art like that. I can't even listen to the song because it will make me cry -

The song is about jonathan getting raped by the family friend and tells his parents but don't believe him making it a song to show his feeling and rage towards the sick woman who raped him and molested him as a child.

No idea what in the fuck cheeseburger boy is on about but I think we can all agree that we are all a lot more fucking stupid for that even existing.
The "mommy said she didn't care" is proverbial... It isn't that his parents didn't care.
The insistence that "mommy stopped and stared" is more stating an acknowledgement that Jon was acting peculiar and damaged but by what, they thought was anyone's guess. Kind of a state of denial "not my child..this don't happen to us" type thing.
"Tied down, that's a good boy" is an analogy...with nobody believing him, he is tied down as a child because nothing else can be done by him.
I've found absolutely no validity to the identity or even the sex of who was abusing him. -
I think that it's about how someone raped Jon. This may sound sick, but I hope the rapist gets his/her throat slit. Sorry for the image.

its about how he got raped as a child and he mum didnt care and didnt belive anything he had sayed. even though in the song it said that she was watching it it was just a metaphor that he belived that his mum was there since it happened either next door to his family house(his mum brought the house) or in his room(that was next to his mum room). he sang it one time at a concert and started crying and therefore never sang the song again.

It was his neighbor that raped him. Jon said he had a good relationship with his father. His neighbor raped him and his parents didn't believe him.
I like this song because of how emotionally strong it is. -

You are all wrong. It's a song about his neighbor. One day his parents were late coming home from work. His Mom promised him meatloaf with potatoes and gravy, which coincidentally was Jon's favorite. Jon had forgot his keys so went to a neighbors house because it was raining. The neighbor, who was a female, saw Jon was hungry so took him to a drive-thru Burger joint. Jon ate a Double Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and a shake. Afterward, the neighbor dropped him off and his mother made the meatloaf but Jon was not hungry now. This hurt his Mother's feelings and she thought Jon didn't like her Meatloaf anymore. His Dad scolded him because Meatloaf was is favorite day and now mother would no longer cook it because because her feelings were hurt. Jon tried to explain what happened with neighbor and the Cheeseburger, and the shake which really filled him up. His parents didn't believe him, and Mother has not cooked Meatloaf to this day..The guilt has been there and thus the emotion in the song..

The band's singer, Jonathan Davis, has stated that the song is about his painful experience of being molested as a child and not being believed. However, he denied it was about physical or sexual abuse at the hands of his father, and the title and some concepts within the song stem from his parents not believing him. The song caused many to assume Rick Davis (Jonathan's father) had molested his son. It is a source of embarrassment for him, though his son has gone on the record in many interviews saying it was written about a family friend who sexually abused him. When a 12-year-old Jonathan tried to turn to his family, he said, they ignored him. Neither Jonathan nor Rick will say who the person was, though both say it was a woman.
In an early Kerrang! magazine interview, Jonathan was asked about the song, responding:
"When I was a kid, I was being abused by somebody else and I went to my parents and told them about it, and they thought I was lying and joking around. They never did shit about it. They didn't believe it was happening to their son.... I don't really like to talk about that song. This is as much as I've ever talked about it...." - Jonathan Davis
The song eventually leads to Davis acting-out being stranded in a room, and shouting hostile things to whom it is not clarified which then leads to Davis weeping for a long period of time as a lullaby by vocalist Judith Kiener is heard and the band continues on playing an instrumental track until eventually a door is heard shutting. The rest of the band did not know that the song was about his childhood prior to recording.
After five minutes of silence at the end of the song, a discussion can be heard; a random audio clip that producer Ross Robinson found in an abandoned house. The argument revolves around a man named Michael and a woman named Geri conversing about the installation of a car part (apparently an exhaust manifold on a Dodge Dart). Michael can be heard yelling at Geri (profanity-laden) over the merits of the installation. -

On the demo tape titled "Neidermeyers Mind" from 1993. he says "Mommy why did daddy touch me there" But he also says "Ill be your daddy". I have mixed opinions on what he means. By the way this version is a lot more fucked up and creepier than the album version. Go to youtube and listen to it.
