A.D.I.D.A.S. Lyrics
something I can never be
It dosen't bother me, 'cause I will always be that pimp I see
in all of my fantasies
I don't know your fucking name.

#1 top rated interpretation:........Can't a band make a fun song. Thats it, took the word Adidas and made it funny.....damn.
-
2TOP RATED
#2 top rated interpretation:It's not really that he was horny, its more like he dreams of something he could never be, which is a pimp who gets all the women, but in reality he's not that pimp, he's just an insecure person who masturbates to something he could never have or never be.

3TOP RATED
#3 top rated interpretation:No you're all wrong. He was sexually abused as a kid and now that's why the lyrics have "cause it's so fun to see, my face staring back at me". He's taking his sexual frustration out on himself and now all he can think about is sex.

if you read heads book, " save me from myself ", it says jonathan wrote this song because all day he dreamed about sex, like most teens do.
-
This songs meaning is that john dreams he is a big pimp fucking other women, but he is really just masturbating.
-
I would say, that this song is about thesexuality in our community. Such as commercials, and for example the Adidas commercials. I also believe it could also be about how people judge and react on peoples different sexualitys.
-
Well, this song is pretty self explanatory but anyway its about Jon dreaming about sex
A.D.I.D.A.S = All Day I Dream About Sex -
*facepalm*
this song is about sex offenders/rapists...fucking idiots -
Jon has said in past interviews he loves porn, he's a big fan of adult entertainment maybe he was just writing about something he liked hah
-
This isn't really some "OMG you sick horny bastard" type song. It's about being a narcissistic lover. The image he wants is like the Tommy Lee fantasy. He's more into seeing how hot HE is than his partner. Basic idea: Close your eyes and picture yourself getting off. Not doing someone.
"So I dream and stroke it harder,
'cause it's so fun to see my face staring back at me." -
No you guys. The song is about a car crash where a pimp accidentally swerved in to another guys gar and killing him, his hoes and the people in the other car.(hence the car crash scene in the video) when they examine the body of the pimp they realize he was wearing lingerie. (hence the final scene in the video). So basically it is a reenactment of the whole situation. Watch the video and you will see what I mean.

This song is of him 'dreaming about sex' and it's also the first song he had his little boy Nathan Davis make a guest appearance in... So...WHY would Jon Davis make a song about sex if he had his son singing in it?

It's about jerking off in the bathroom listen to the damn song he talks about being a pimp in his fantasy and he talks about he says and stoke it hard cause I like seeing my face starring back at me.

Ok listen its not about the sports brand adidas. Adidas stands for, if you dumbasses haven't figured it out yet, all day i dream about sex!
It's about Jon always acting like a pimp and shit but when it comes to the real sex he's actually not as tough as he says and ends up pullin his penis in a corner
