Wolves Lyrics

(I hear them calling for you)
(I hear them calling for you)

I feel the waves getting started

(I know, I know, I know)

Your friends all talkin' 'bout me
They say I got no...

I think its about being friends with benefits, but the guy wants to be more than just that. Since they're not actually dating, other guys can still make moves on her when they go out, ("In the middle of the night when the wolves come out,") but the guy doesn't like that. (One by one I take them down...)

I think it's about a girl who's single, out and about, and having fun, and the boy doesn't like it, he wants her so it's hard for him to see her dancing with other guys.

"In the middle of the night when the wolves come out" 'Wolves' being other guys out at a party or club in the middle of the night.

"Your friends all talkin' about me, they say I've got no self control" suggests that the girls friends don't approve of the boy, but he still wants her.

In my opinion it is just a cute song about a boy getting jealous of a girl.

I think this song is about a boy who is afraid of losing his girlfriend to another man.
