I Want Lyrics

Give you this, give you that
Blow a kiss, take it back
If I look inside your brain
I would find lots of things
Clothes, shoes, diamond rings
Stuff that's driving me insane

You could be preoccupied
Different date, every night
You just...

It's basically about them singing about how they don't like materialism, and how it's a turn-off having girls requiring items as a symbol for their love. Like, the guy that gives me the most, is the one who loves me the most.
But, it's also about that they can see through that wall, because they know that deep down inside, the girl just wants to be loved.

A girl who wants material things. Her love for his boyfriend depends on how many or what is the cost of all the things he's giving to her.

I think it's about girls who only want materials.the guy is trying his hardest and loves her but all she wants is money and materials. I think it's also telling how much they hate people like that.

I think this song is about a girl using them for their money, I mean they sing about girls being consumed by "clothes, shoes, and diamond rings."

I used to hate this song thinking they were insulting girls but reading these makes me see the point of the song: The boy loves rge girl but she asks for all these expensive things and he just wants to love her

This type of girl just wants stuff in the relationship. And she is just using the guy for things she wants. So at the end of the day she just wants money.

They are saying that all she wants is the items he buys her. "You want me to love you too" shows that it just looks like she does that because that's the way she knows, but secretly she does want to be loved. The only thing I don't like about this so g is that they say "all the girls say" and are basically creating a stereotype.

I believe it's how the girl wants everything, but only loves her boyfriend because of the stuff that she gets from him. So a gold-digger I guess...

The guy on the other hand, just wants her love, but he knows she just wants the money and clothes and jewelry. She doesn't care for him at all. So the guy keeps buying her stuff to keep her happy.

The guy is becoming crazy cuz all the girl is thinking about is her stuff, she doesn't actually care about him at all. Again, a gold-digger....

The girl doesn't honestly care for the guy, she just likes the gifts she receives from him. Somewhere along the line of their relationship she has defined how much he loves her by how much stuff she gets.

they are saying that some girls are like "gimme gimme gimme" and they should stop being like that and love what you have.

It's about how much they don't like a girl who date guys just for what they would give them from shoes to diamond rings but in the same time they're talking about how they can't see through this wall because they love them and they're telling them that they wanna be loved by them for who they are not for what they would give them.

Her love for his guy is her love for how much money he has, or the things he can give to her. Personally, I think he is starting to realise that she is using him for his money. She doesn't love him for... well him! :(

He is pretty much fed up with the fact that girls base love on material items. He knows that the love coming from this girl is not real, that she only likes him for the things he gives her (well, the things she asks for). He says that he doesnt want these material things like she does, he just wants her true love. Hope this helped, because im right lol

It's about a girl who wants everything for example when someone says I want this or if I get it I will love you forever then they get it and arent satisfied with it. So basically girls that wants materials instead of love

I think it's about a boy and he is really sick of paying and getting his girlfriend the stuff she wants.

i think its about a girl who is using this guy to get matieral just because hes ritch and the guy wants to put a stop it. the title "I want" means i want you to stop using me!!!!!!

It means that a girl is only staying with him because of how many materiel things she gets from him. There relationship is only depending on things she wants, not love.
