i believe this song is clearly saying that even if she broke apart within (a relationship, whatever) she'd still remembered that person. As the greatest she's ever know. They made so much of an impression on her that she could never forget them

i think its about a relationship having a problem . and in that they didnt expect that it ends in that way .
and the other said that even though its the end of their relationship she/he thinks that she/he would be unforgettable to her/him .:)
