Fake happy means everyone is trying to act like they are perfectly fine and there is nothing wrong with them. But in reality we are all hurting inside. We just don't want anyone to know because we think others won't understand what's truly wrong. We feel if we just act like there is nothing wrong we will be better off. We think that we will even believe ourselves and think that we are happy but we aren't. We are just all fake happy and we know it. We all do such a good job at making people think we are happy.
We really do need to just tell others the truth and get the weight off our shoulders.
