Rick Springfield: Walk Like A Man Meaning
Walk Like A Man Lyrics
And I can’t sit still
I’m thinking about the universe
I’m looking at life on earth
I can’t shut the camera shutter
I stare at the clock, the years slip away
And I stay confused
I’m dreaming...
-
I had financial responsibilities, I had a girlfriend I was going to marry, we were talking about having kids, I had people who were working for me. I was craving guidance at the time and I certainly wasn't finding any spiritual guidance. I was still feeling like I was 14 years old thinking, 'I wanna be in a band!' I still feel like a kid trapped in a man's body. My kids think so too.
