Rihanna: We Found Love Meaning
Song Released: 2011
We Found Love Lyrics
Yellow diamonds in the light
And we're standing side by side
As your shadow crosses mine
What it takes to come alive
It's the way I’m feeling I just can't deny
But I've gotta let it go
We found love in a hopeless place
We...

it means the illuminati is in love with their postion in a world thats heading for its doom. Notice the one eye.

could be that the love relationship is nonconventional or rather unorthodox in other ways than mentioned....other ways that society does not really accept as the norm. Such as a Huge age difference. Woman that is 44 yrs old and man of 23 yrs old fall in love. No matter what society says....both are consenting Adults. Sometimes things happen that you never expect or plan! :)

I think this song is about the relationship everyone has encountered in life; the one person you love but cant have or the decision should I stay or should I go?
I think 'yellow diamonds in the light, And we're standing side by side, As your shadow crosses mine, What it takes to come alive' is the feelings, the spark, the energy that feed of each other when together, hence 'It's the way I’m feeling I just can't deny.'
'But I've gotta let it go' as its the wrong time, the wrong place, the wrong decision.
'we found love in a hopeless place' can be anything, as it could be we found love liternally in a hopeless place, like a place you may never go back to or meet again (a rave in a field for instance) or we found love is the wrong place and time of our lives.
'Shine a light through an open door.'I think this is the her saying 'show me we way, I dont know what to do.'
'Love and life I will divide,' this is simply choosing love or lifestyle, her fame.
.
'Turn away cause I need you more' she says turn away, we cant do this, but then its like because I need you more or it could be a sense of if he turns away, she knows she needs in more.
'Feel the heartbeat in my mind,' is heart over mind or mind over heart. logic over feelings?
This song is very close to my heart, as I can relate to it like many other people probably could. -
The Beautiful and tragic Power of love is illustrated herein. It was Absolutely fun & exciting living on the razor's edge of passion's blade, but the danger of slipping into death & total destruction, proved to be the sad end of this affair. She had to: "...let it go." Many of us have been there. I can feel this story, and I'm glad that "Ms. Rhi" and her people 'kept it real' for us. Kudos to them.

this song reflects love on everyone or anyone in love with someone. in today's life, whether boy and girl, boy and boy, or girl and girl, everyone will encounter their love at some point, but sometimes it will come to an end. but to live for life, instead of love, you will and shall seek love again.

I think the passage at the start of the video explains it perfectly...'It's like you're screaming and no one can hear, you almost feel ashamed, that someone can be that important, that without them you feel like nothing, no one will ever understand how much it hurts, you feel hopeless, like nothing can save you, and when its over, and its gone, you almost wish you can have the bad stuff back so you can have the good'

i have been in this same situation the first thing i did seeing this video was cry. I know from the pupils getting big to the dancing to crying fighting screaming they are high everything is fine they do love each other but when the bad is gone they want it back to be happy again. They dont know how to be happy with each other without the drugs and that happy high they turn into something they didnt want to be he started controlling her wanting her to stay but she cant she wants out before its to late and that is what she does. this is scary to me because that was me in that video about a year ago and thats exactly what happpens dont fall in love with someone who does things like that it wont turn out any way other then this video or even worse you may never fight your way out of that life style.

This song is sexy and wets my cl+toris when nothing is there for it to be stimulated, such as my boyfriend's tongue.
OK, here is my interpretation. The song is about a couple who have gone through a very rough time or have been in very bad situations, who somehow still keep up their love for each other. It is like they cannot take control of what is happening around them, but they can take control of their love for each other. -
I see this song as almost love at first sight like something pulls u towards them and for some reason u feel in love and hopeless because at the end the person caring more is the one that has less control over anything... its obvious young love because it shows how much control he has over her and isee the drug use as not literally but as u feeling addicted to what this person gives u cuz u just can't let go and u don't understand why or what to do until everything starts getting too twisted and sick and u realize this person can control the way u feel and the tattoo "mine" just shows how she feels like an object in the relationship just going with the flow till u realize it all has to stop because ur not really in happiness ur blinded by the thought of someone loving u the way u love them and then actually opening ur eyes to reality. (Pisces im sure know exactly how this feels)

It's a great ass song, she wants Chris brown back they love eachother but can't have one another so she gave up and doing more so what she needs to do instead of want.
-
love on amphetamine/drugs - goes as easy as it comes...
hopeless place = drugs - no doubt about it -
She is speaking about her relationship with Chris Brown where in the beginning it was great then it turned terrible. But they where so in love that they would not leave each other. So 'they found love in a hopeless place'. Then she got to a point where she just couldn't take it and they broke up and now, she is getting back on her feet.
-
She tells the meaning in the beggining of the video before she starts to sing."Its like your screaming, and no one can hear.
You almost feel ashamed that someone could be that important and that without them you feel like nothing. No one will ever understand how much it hurts. You feel hopeless, like nothing can save you. And when its over and its gone, you almost wish that you could have all that bad stuff back, so that you could have the good." -
The drugs are sign showing that she is addicted to love and she found love in a hopeless place because even though they love eachother their love wont take them anywhere because its destroying them and they can move on and have their own lives if they dont leave eachother thats why at the end she makes a stand to make her own life. when she says to shine a light through an open door love and life I will divide. she's saying even when they find one possibility to get better everything bad gets in the way so she has to find a way to divide love and life and the only way to do this is to leave him which would be the hardest choice of her life and i also think the video has something to do with her past with chris brown since she picked a man that looks excatly like him and all the fighting illistrates what happened to her and the choice she had to make to walk away and how it led her to a better life even thought she wishes she could back but she knows her love was hopeless im only 15 so this is just a guess (:
