#1 top rated interpretation:She talks in an interview about how she was addicted to oxycotin and Xanax and was very depressed and thought about suicide. Instead she got sober and made it through. I would wager that this song has a lot to do with her getting clean and getting her life back.

This song is great even throw people in her life tryed bringing her down she still made it on her own
-
I think sia songs about her though childhood life which was so unbearable
Because she believed that something great is waiting out there for her she sailed through the storms and #survived
#Alive -

-
I think this song is describing how Sia grew up and realized that not everything had to be turned against her, but that as much as she would like to reflect on the bad things that have occurred she is thankful that she or anybody made it through.
