Slayer: Piece by Piece Meaning
Piece by Piece Lyrics
A vast sadistic feast
The only way to exit
Is going piece by piece
You have no choice of life or death
My face you will not see
I'll rip your flesh 'till there's no breath
Dismembered destiny
As soon as life has left...
-
Am i the only one thinking this one is about fox hunting? Like the lyrics such as “vast sadistic feast” and “I am on your trail, closing the gap. one more life that soon won’t be” fit really well. I can’t really think about another meaning other than cannibalism. But maybe that’s just me

Its just about totally f**cking someone up.king has said he just likes writing songs about that.the song is the ultimate threat im gonna beat your ass so bad your gonna leave in pieces pure poetry.
-
I think it's either about cannibalism or being eaten alive by a lion or something.
-
Hmm...I don't think it's about abortion. Technically, in my opinion, it's about murder and then diminishing them under floorboards, (Tell Tale Heart- Edgar Allen Poe reference) but not exactly eating them "sexually" like the anonymous guy above me.
-
It's about abortion
-
I believe this to be kind of the Catholic version of Hell, being ripped to pieces, every day, for eternity. The feast part doesn't neccessarily mean your body's being eaten, just a wide arrangement of your body strewn all over the place, with you feeling every unimaginably painful moment. (Shutters) That shit's creepy, but still makes for one badass song.
-
It's about a killer who likes to keep trophys, whether its heads on his wall or what he has eaten.
-
It sounds very much like the process of removing a child from the mother's womb. AKA abortion.
-
The song is about eating people (not sexually), but physicaly tearing them apart and devouriting them piece by piece.
