   I know this is like really out there, but today I was watching the music video and I think the song is about getting high and just having fun. When you put your hands like "22" like she does multiple time in the music video it look like when your smoking weed. So I think that by "Everything will be alright, if we just keep dancing like were 22"is just get high and chill out and everything will be alright. So basically dance like your high. "22".
