Save Your Tears Lyrics
Na na, yeah
I saw you dancing in a crowded room
You look so happy when I'm not with you
But then you saw me, caught you by surprise
A single teardrop falling from your eye
I don't know why I run away
I'll make you cry when I run...

I’m really not sure. I just found my husband was listening more to songs that he never listened to. He like country music.,, so I realized something changed about him. He acted differently towards me . His famous words I’m not doing anything. We relocated and my life changed I ended up with cancer it changed me. My husband got Covid December of 2021… he passed away August 7,2022. I learned so much about the man I loved . … but a different side about him too. I’ll never know the truth I was only addressed as his wife to doctors and nurses never did he say my name until the end. The good wife I was to him for
37 years. -
They love each other, but sometimes they get really shy and in the heat of the moment, they run away. But save your tears is about fighting the want to run away because all it does is make each other cry. They tell each other to save their tears because they won’t run again.

He was the one. The one she bared her soul to. And his to her. Words did not need to be spoken about the pain they experienced prior to meeting. Somehow there was no pain when they were together. They had the ability to heal each other.
Their connection was indescribable. No one could understand it.
They didn’t understand it then, and they don’t understand it now. They connect and they run. This is their pattern. (Some people like to look for patterns) To them emotion equals vulnerability which equals pain.
When they see each other in the crowded room they are both filled with immeasurable emotion. Emotion so strong that a single tear is only the beginning of the flood of tears that will fall if she doesn’t run off again.
