The song's a about a boy (Steven) who's raised by an alcoholic father and his abused mother (and maybe Steven himself is also abused by the father, but that's just my interpretation). He suddenly start planning on killing his father by by putting one "right between his eyes."
I just love the dark, twisted atmosphere in this song. I think Alice telling such a nightmare-ish story in the song.
