Unbound (The Wild Ride) Lyrics

Somewhere life is good, and things go as they should

I think this song is about living your life as you are. Life is one giant ride with ups and downs, and the "leads me into darkness" represents a troubled time in life, but if you choose to, you "can emerge into light." "I never lived in fear, I knew I'd die another day" says that live for today, don't worry about when death will come because it isn't today. Time only strips away our youth and our ambition so we need to do everything we want to do as soon as we can. Don't take days for granted, instead, get up and live life.

i think this song is about someone who was left from his girlfriend/wife and feels like his life is now useless and sending him on the ride of his life and at the end his girl says now that im gone theres nothing to take for granted so theres no point in living any more

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway
