Fire your guns

Well before he said losing sight again it said steady your helms referring to helmet so no it doesn't mean lost sight on their rifles.

This song is about spartens. the ones in HALO like sparten-117 (aka master chief John or any of thoses) if you play halo on xbow live or th story line you are a sparten and thos song is about the human vs. covent war because Breaking Benjamin made this song for Halo 2 but manly for master chief.

This song does talk about war. However it has nothing to do with the Spartans. The Spartans did not have guns, and this song says fire your guns. And talks about losing sight (referring to the sights of a gun)

The lyrics are about the Spartans obedience and their will to die for the human race.(The spartans last stand if it comes to that).

I do agree with the above comment, but I also think it was meant to apply to any war like situation like the ones happening in everyday life. Oh and linkin park fan 4 eva, what I've done is already out.

This song is on the Halo soundtrack. It's about the Spartans ( elite warrior soldiers).

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway
