DragonForce: Through the Fire and Flames Meaning
Through the Fire and Flames Lyrics
In flames of death's eternal reign we ride towards the fight
And the darkness is falling down and the times are tough all right
The sound of evil laughter falls around the world...

Well....
I have heard about this band and some of the things they believe. In some of their songs, they have said that God and Angels of the Lord are evil, and the demons and the devil are good. Of course, they are severly mistaken. It seems like this song is about fighting against God because they were cast down into Hell with the devil for the 1,000 years. In the bible, it says that the devil got cast down into Hell for 1,000 years, then it would be let free for a short time. I'm not sure if that is correct, it may just be the devil going to Hell forever. -
I think this is about demons who were condemned to hell and they realize they should follow the light but they are before the light and that's what they are fighting satan's army.

I think to properly see what the meaning is we must look at the title of the song: what is through the fire and flames about? um. dragons? war? violence? regardless the same sex idea is just making me think: how the fuck do you see that?

It's a song about fantasy fighting the time of darkness as it says
'On a cold winter morning, in the time before the light
In flames of death's eternal reign we ride towards the fight
And the darkness is falling down and the times are tough all right
The sound of evil laughter falls around the world tonight" -
This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway

I think that this is a pretty simple song actually; it's a man's epic quest to fight for the good of mankind. The actual thing he's fighting against is not clear to me, but it's pretty obvious.
