Hearts Don't Break Around Here Lyrics
The arms of a woman I know
She is the lighthouse in the night that will safely guide me home
And I'm not scared of passing over
Or the thought of growing old
'Cause from now until I go

#1 top rated interpretation:I like this song a lot because I think the main idea is that they love each so much that no matter how many fights they may get in,whatever rumors get spread about them,or how far away they may be they will stay together and be happy because they have each other and their love for each other and that is all that they could ever want.

this song just gives me a vibe where these two people found their home by being together. I just love the line "I feel safe when you're holding me near, love the way that you conquer your fear." I just want that kind of love that is safe, soft, and full of wonderful things you found being with that person. The kind of love that will conquer everything (like every bad thing that surrounds both of you), the kind of love that will make you feel complete, and the one that'll make you strive to be a better person.

Their love . I think that's what's it's about. Telling each other that they are in love and they will be in it forever no matter what they face. It's a cry worthy song.

This song really resonates with me, much of the song is sang in retrospect, about the past. To me it represents young love or our first loves, with lyrics about daisies perched upon your forehead, it makes me think of a bohemian “hippy” lifestyle, carefree and worry free like many of us were when we were young. To me it represents the naivety and innocence of young love, how when we were young we never expected to break up with our first boy/girlfriends we never experienced break ups or cheating or loss, we never experienced heartbreak, therefore in that little bubble of our lives “hearts don’t break around here”. Heartbreak was an alien concept to many of us at that age. And to me that’s what the song expresses. The sweet innocence of young love.
