Breakaway Lyrics
And when the rain would fall down
I'd just stare out my window
Dreaming of what could be
And if i'd end up happy
I would pray (i would pray)
Trying hard to teach out
But when i tried to speak out
Felt like no...

#1 top rated interpretation:This is a fairly simple song to interpret, but everyone has their own personal interpretations.
Kelly, as a small girl, dreams of a bright future. She wants to pave a path for herself to success: "I'll spread my wings and I'll learn how to fly". She won't give up, no matter what, to reach that goal: "I'll do what it takes till I touch the sky." But no matter where she is, she won't forget those who helped her become who she is.
Then song also states that sometimes in life, you have to risk what you have to gain, and that change is constantly happening. One door opens when another closes. You have to move on : "swinging round revolving doors. Maybe I don't know where they'll take me but, gotta keep moving on." -
I searched what others thought & felt. Tomorrow is moose hide day in Canada- a day to come together to learn & speak out against sexual violence against women & children. The lyrics spoke to me so differently today than when it first came out, " break away" from the chains of the past, never stop trying, even if one needs to go through many " revolving doors". ❤️

I love this song it’s a beautiful song I’ve ever written because Kelly Clarkson sang so good but she’s my inspiration to myself into my music and songwriting she’s my great friend of mine. She writes my songs for me and it helped my music better than I am. Because my grandmother lived in Texas where her brother is, and so Kelly Clarkson helped me out with my music and songwriting it was hard to describe, but I’ve signed at RCA records near Nashville, where my dads sister lives and I can record my songs and sometimes I sang at the actors music shop and one of the actresses who helped me with music and acting in theater. That’s what I do at high school years, but in theater I’ve always writing my own song in theater and also it was magical that I’m going to be a actor and musician at the same time.

Its about reaching for your dreams, striving hard to success, moving on, and breaking away from the struggles that you've been through and moving on to the next page of your journey of your life. The song also interprets that you shouldn't give up on your dreams even if it means sacrificing your own happiness and no matter what struggles or problems that may come to your life, you can break away from them by praying.

The song was written by Avril Lavigne it’s about her small town in life and how she felt about writing Songs and singing and yet coming from humble beginnings

I believe it’s going to be the album still had some instruments, like, strummed guitars, airy drums, it’s really happening to the brothers.

I think the meaning of this song is about reaching for your dreams, striving for success and breaking away from your struggles even if it means sacrificing something important. I also think the meaning of the song is moving on, but no matter where you are you shouldnt forget the important people in your life.

Whether it's ways to leave a love relationship behind, or quitting your job, these songs mark that important bridge between where you were and where you're going. It's almost never a bad time in your life when you can do that. Saying your good-byes is an astoundingly broad song topic. We say good-bye to everything, to people, to romance, to youth, to old friends, even to places. We hardly talk when we encounter something, but when we're leaving it, it's all we can do to shut up. In any case, enjoy these songs about good-byes, and then stick around for awhile and check out the rest of the site.

I think that this song is about finding a new life and not looking back. if your looking 4 a poem like this, search "Don't Give Up" by Ibrahim Moltoni. It is very inspirational. p.s. my dad died of cancer last month...so back off haters!

He committed suicide since she was in the darkness (life) and now in the sun (heaven) and she also said she wanted to touch the sky. She said she wouldn't for get the once that she loved, and also she spreaded her wings (she became angel)

My interpretation is that this is a flashback song to when she was a little kid and was an outcast. She felt like she wanted to breakaway and meet new friends. But it was tough for her "trying hard to reach out. But when I tried to speak out, felt like no one could hear me. Wanted to belong here, but something felt so wrong here, so prayed, I could breakaway...she also wants to live a happy social life "I wanna feel the warm breeze, sleep under a plan tree, feel the rush of the ocean. Take a trip on a jet plane, get onboard a fast train. So I prayed, I could breakaway...outcasts have a lot of potential and look gar fast Kelly's come ;)
