Killswitch Engage: The End of Heartache Meaning
Song Released: 2004
The End of Heartache Lyrics
I'll be waiting
This distance, this dissolution
I cling to memories while falling
Sleep brings release, and the hope of a new day
Waking the misery of being without you
Surrender, I give in
Another moment is another...

#1 top rated interpretation:I feel this song has biblical meaning. As if God is calling upon you and how life is without him or his love.

This is about death. My heart aches for my dead friend and I feel like he plays this song for me from the other side. RIP Andy Roo.
-
It's about twin flames.
-
The song is about a guy who misses his ex-girlfriend, he wants her to approach him and for them to be solve their disagreements. He wants her to seek him whenever she has a problem and be a source of her fulfillment. For her to call him when she wants to be relaxed or at ease. He will be waiting for her until she returns to him. His heartache will end when she is back in his life.

Bridge our division... Seek Me for compfort... For solace...
Sleep brings release in the hope if a new day.
I believe Hes in his own hell and talking to God and there is nothing but torment without our Father God. Jesus Christ made the way for us to come Home to God. Until we first Seek God with ALL our HEART we want have peace and our heartache continues until we fill our void and our unfilled VOID is GOD! JESUS CHRIST walks with us and those which are lost HE HAS CAME TO SHOW THE WAY BACK. -
TO ME it sounds like God is talking to him. He feels lost without Him. But it also sounds like other things. Just my take on it.:D
-
I thought... although I am not into any kind of religion myself, it was about someone being utterly broken after losing a loved one and waiting to be re-united after death.
-
Pretty much about this person can't be with the person he loves.
-
This song explains the feeling of being separated from someone you love, and looking forward to be with them again. It's about having to deal with the pain of being apart until you can be together again.
