Secret Love Song, Pt. II Lyrics

We keep behind closed doors
Every time I see you, I die a little more
Stolen moments that we steal as the curtain falls
It'll never be enough
As you drive me to my house

This is an LGBT anthem and is basically about a couple from the community not being able to be public about their love

This song is different from its original with Jason derulo. This one is about a relationship that's not socially acceptable, such as a homosexual relationship. Being in a homosexual relationship myself, and not being able to be open about it due to both me and my girlfriend being in the closet, this song hits really close to home. The song, to me, is about a homosexual relationship where it's too dangerous to be public about it. If me and my girlfriend want to be romantic at all we have to do it behind closed doors, no matter how much we want to go out on dates and dances in public.

Secret Love Song Pt || is about someone who is in love with someone who they unfortunately can't be with, So 'why can't you hold me in the street? Why can't I kiss you on the dance floor?' Basically means WHY can't they do that there is obviously something in the way of the loving each other and they don't like it so they are asking 'why' can't we be in love why? But I just think it is a beautiful song as well, and has an interesting backstory
