So he goes to the doctor and she tells him to do what he likes, since he really just has to just try and live for the moment and do what he wants while he is young; he has nothing to lose. So he goes to party and basically gets a girl and has a one night stand. End of the story

   Its about how he is constantly having one night stands and his mother noticed so she told him to get therapy. He did and the therapist told him basically that if it makes him feel alive then he should do what he likes. So that is his motto. and it also means to savor the moment.
