   It's about feeling alone and giving everything you have to get noticed and you don't have anyone there and you just want to scream and cry so then you give up and kill your self.

   When he's saying "losing my sight, losing my mind, wish somebody would tell me I'm fine" probably means he feels alone. Like there's no one there to help him. His last resort is probably killing himself to free him of his pain. "I'm running and I'm crying" and also "I can't go on living this way nothings all..right!" probably just adds to my point but I'm not entirely sure
